Dress Code Policy

To maintain a professional and safe environment, our staff are required to adhere to the following dress code guidelines:
Clothing:
· Staff should dress in a manner that is appropriate for a professional setting.
· Black or blue jeans/trousers or appropriate-length shorts are acceptable.
· Clothing should be clean, tidy, and suitable for manual handling and freedom of movement.
Footwear:
· Footwear must be safe and comfortable; no heels are permitted.
Jewellery and Makeup:
· Excessive jewellery or heavy makeup may present an unprofessional image, so we kindly request that makeup is kept to a minimum.
· Earrings should not be sharp or dangly, as they may pose a risk to children and adults.
Hair:
· Hair should be clean, neat, and tidy, promoting a professional appearance.
Tattoos:
· Where possible, tattoos should be covered when in the setting.
Nail Care:
· In the interest of health and hygiene, nails should not be overly long or pointy.
Compliance:
· All employees are expected to comply with the dress code policy during work hours and at company-sponsored events.
· Any exceptions or modifications to the dress code policy must be approved by management.
